The Reserve (Clusters 4&5) encompasses 32 private and well-maintained country condominium homes.

Each of the eight architecturally designed buildings feature new cedar siding, shingle roofs and entrance doors with stained-glass panels, and are surrounded by lush, enhanced landscaping.

All residences offer a spacious, open living/dining plan, oak floors, fireplace and beamed, cathedral ceilings, some with skylights. They feature at least three bedrooms; one bedroom, which can alternately serve as a den, and a bathroom are located on the first floor. Each condo in The Reserve also provides approximately 800 square feet on a lower level, offering the flexibility for such uses as additional living space, media room, office, private gym, laundry, storage, etc.

 

​A storage building for kayaks and bicycles is available exclusively for owners in The Reserve. All grounds and condo association responsibilities are overseen by a site manager at The Reserve.
